- Better eating choices. There are 48 eating opportunities. I am going to try and am for 80%. These include:
- Lunch - sandwich and fruit or salad and fruit
- Lunch - Pea Soup - 1-1
- Dinner - Speghettie -2-2
- After - drink, small bite of desret: 3-3
- Dinner - Typical Dinner, no second helpings
- Only two servings of red meat
- No added butter
- No desert beyond a breakfast bar
- Nothing after 9 but fruit or yogurt or a breakfast bar
- Exercise - there are 14 days - I will be active on 11. Every other day will be lifting weights.
- Reduction in money spent. No more than 3 dollars on drinks on workdays. No more than $7 on lunch. This gives a total of $200. I will track expenses below.
- My weight will be tracked each day before I work out
- Daily cleaning. This should happen on 7 of 14 days
