This really is just for me.  To start off with, I am going to try and have a productive 2 week stretch.  This includes
  • Better eating choices.  There are 48 eating opportunities.  I am going to try and am for 80%.  These include:
  1.  Lunch - sandwich and fruit or salad and fruit
January 3
    1. Lunch - Pea Soup - 1-1
    2. Dinner - Speghettie -2-2
    3. After - drink, small bite of desret: 3-3
 
  1. Dinner - Typical Dinner, no second helpings
    1. Only two servings of  red meat
    2. No added butter
    3. No desert beyond a breakfast bar
  2.  Nothing after 9 but fruit or yogurt or a breakfast bar
  • Exercise - there are 14 days - I will be active on 11.  Every other day will be lifting weights.
  • Reduction in money spent.  No more than 3 dollars on drinks on workdays.  No more than $7 on lunch.  This gives a total of $200.   I will track expenses below.
  • My weight will be tracked each day before I work out

  • Daily cleaning.  This should happen on 7 of 14 days 
1/3 - Ran 1.2 miles, lifted weights.  
1/4  - Ran about 1.35 miles.  Ran 1.2 and then cooled down and ran more.
